Uniform
Our Uniform
Our school colour is blue.
Skirts, shorts and dresses should be grey and knee length or below. Girls may wear blue gingham dresses in the summer.
Shirts or polo shirts should be white.
Jumpers/cardigans should be navy blue, preferably with the school logo.
Where possible, the school would prefer children to wear comfortable black walking shoes with white or grey socks/tights.
PE kit
- Navy blue or black shorts or joggers
- White t-shirt
- Navy blue or black jumper
- Trainers or plimsoles
Jewellery and Presentation
- Children are only permitted to wear single stud earings that they must be able to remove by themselves for PE. Please ensure that piercings are only done at the start of the summer holidays so that the children can remove them when we are at school. We cannot put tape on childrens ears.
- Necklaces and bracelets (with the exception of a medical bracelet) should not be worn for health and safety reasons.
- Children may wear a watch but smart watches are not allowed. These are worn at owners risk.
- All hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up for school and hair accessories should be small, sensible and plain.
- Make up and nail varnish is not permitted.
We believe this uniform provides the children with comfortable but smart clothing to wear throughout any typical working day. Please ensure all items of clothing are labelled with your child's name so that in the case of loss, the item of clothing can be returned to you.
Bookbags are available to purchase from the school office.
All reception children receive their first book bag as a welcome gift.
Where to Purchase
The school is working with Your School Uniform to supply good quality uniform with the school logo at reasonable prices.
This includes sweatshirts, fleeces, cardigans, polo shirts and PE shirts. To contact them, please use the link above. Please note that blue gingham dresses can be purchased from most high street shops and supermarkets including Asda and Tesco.
High demand for new uniform over the summer months usually causes an increase in turnaround to around 21 days, so with this in mind, and so the children have their uniform in time for the start of the new school year we recommend that parents order by the end of July.
