WELCOME TO Willow
Willow is our Year 2 class with Mr Tureac as the class teacher, Mrs Vail and Mrs Kingham supporting as the teaching assistants.
In Year 2, we teach children how to become responsible and independent members of Walgrave Primary school, learning new skills along the way!
Of course it is important that we have LOTS of fun as we learn, and we have some exciting topics to help us do so as well as a range of engaging subjects to broaden our knowledge!
Throughout Year 2 we aim to collaboratively learn, share and explore the world around us. We continue to build friendships, make good choices and show KS1 how truly amazing we are!
In Year 2, lessons adhere to the National Curriculum but also take the lead from us and our interests as this is when the best learning occurs.
Year 2 is filled with lots of new opportunities and challenges to help us develop and become more independent as we prepare to begin KS2.
Our PE days are Monday and Friday
Swimming is a Wednesday
